It&#8217;s accompanied by vegetables and Baba Ganoush, an eggplant dip.  <br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lopez de Haro Crianza<\/strong> is a lightly spiced red wine from the Rioja region with good acidity. This makes it a great match for fatty and roasted meat. <strong>Ch\u00e2teau du Trignon C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne<\/strong>, on the other hand, is stylistically close to wines from the Middle Eastern region, with a berry-tart flavor that pairs well with this dish.
