The uncomplicated Chilean <strong>Cousi\u00f1o-Macul Chardonnay<\/strong> also pairs beautifully with salmon.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a food wine, ros\u00e9 is often the most versatile choice, and pan-fried salmon also tastes wonderful with the Proven\u00e7al <strong>Domaine Houchart Ros\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When salmon is grilled or charred, it also pairs nicely with a lighter red wine, such as the French <strong>Wolfberger Pinot Noir<\/strong> from the Alsace region.
