The organic wine has Riesling&#8217;s characteristic fruitiness, balanced by fresh acidity.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don&#8217;t want to serve bubbles, an equally fine choice is a Chablis wine made from the Chardonnay variety. A stylish option without oak barrel aging is <strong>Jean-Marc Brocard&#8217;s organic Chablis<\/strong>.
