As a rule of thumb, if you choose a wine that&#8217;s too light, the dessert will overpower it. The wine should have flavors reminiscent of caramelized sugar and ripe fruit that complement the dessert itself. A reliable pairing that often works with Tarte Tatin is a Trockenbeerenauslese wine (TBA) from Austria or Germany, with over 200 g\/l of sugar and an aromatic profile enhanced by noble rot.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>There are other interesting options from the wine world as well: the South African <strong>Stellar Heaven on Earth<\/strong> wine also has enough residual sugar and richness.
