The first step was to determine where we actually stand \u2013 and that is where the journey began. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Together with an expert organization, we conducted our first ESG assessment and produced our sustainability report for 2023. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As part of the ESG assessment, we calculated our carbon footprint according to the GHG standard, taking into account emission scopes 1, 2, and 3. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We renewed our Code of Conduct, our ethical operating principles <a href=\"https:\/\/norex.fi\/app\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Norex-Code-Of-Conduct-2024.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Explore our Code of Conduct<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We conducted our own internal sustainable development assessment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through these measures, we now have a strong foundation to build upon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s Next?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goals for the coming years are currently under development. They will focus on themes including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear and measurable sustainability targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Systematic reduction of greenhouse gas emissions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stronger stakeholder engagement in sustainability work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing environmentally friendly packaging formats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favoring sustainably produced products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This page is evolving \u2013 just like our sustainability work. New goals will be published immediately after decisions are made, and with them, we will take the next step toward a more sustainable Norex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Tuottajayhteisty\u00f6 osaksi vastuullisuusty\u00f6t\u00e4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tavoitteenamme on, ett\u00e4 vuoteen 2030 menness\u00e4 kaikilta viini- ja v\u00e4kevien juomien tuottajiltamme on ker\u00e4tty<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/norex.fi\/vastuullisuusmittari\/\">Norexin vastuullisuuskyselyn tulokset<\/a> \u2013 ja niit\u00e4 p\u00e4ivitet\u00e4\u00e4n vuosittain osana vakiintunutta prosessia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The wine producer metrics have already been published and the first data collections are underway. For spirits principals, we are building our own questionnaire battery to obtain corresponding data from them as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Vastuullisia valintoja viinipakkauksissa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tavoitteenamme on pienent\u00e4\u00e4 pakkausten hiilijalanj\u00e4lke\u00e4. Vuoden 2026 aikana 92 % viineist\u00e4mme (litroina mitattuna) pakataan kevyisiin pakkauksiin, kuten alle 420 g lasipulloihin ja hanapakkauksiin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since bottle-aged wines cannot currently be packaged in lightweight glass bottles, the target cannot be 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Pakkausmateriaali- ja painotietojen jakaminen verkkokaupassa <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tavoitteenamme on lis\u00e4t\u00e4 tietoa tuotteiden pakkausratkaisujen suhteen. Lis\u00e4\u00e4mme verkkokaupan tuotekortteihin tiedot tuotteiden pakkausmateriaaleista sek\u00e4 painosta, jotta asiakkailla on mahdollisuus huomioida tiedot ostop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6st\u00e4 tehdess\u00e4\u00e4n.
