Our values are built around six words, and these words are truly meaningful to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reliability, agility, responsibility, efficiency, honesty, and innovation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have spent considerable time together reflecting on how these values manifest in our daily work and decision-making. For example, in 2021, over a six-week period, we each documented and shared observations and examples of how a particular value was reflected in our own or a colleague’s actions during the work week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This served as inspiration a few years later, in early 2024, for the idea to create a video series on the topic. The videos can be found at the bottom of this page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We take care of our staff’s well-being in the best possible way and consider the impact of our operations on the environment, consumers, and our partners. We act ethically, boldly, responsibly, and openly toward each other, our principals, and our customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We conduct an annual workplace survey that includes the eNPS metric, which reflects employee commitment to the employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
