You have the right to access your personal data. You may also at any time request the correction, updating, or deletion of your personal data. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes defined in this policy. Personal data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship. Personal data may also be retained as necessary after the end of the customer relationship to the extent permitted or required by applicable law. For example, after the end of a customer relationship, we typically retain personal data necessary to respond to claims or lawsuits in accordance with applicable limitation periods. We retain personal data as necessary to comply with your direct marketing prohibition.
