It is maintained by Norex Selected Brands Oy (Business ID: 0954463-7). Products can be sold to holders of valid serving licenses operating in Finland. Submitting an order requires saving the necessary customer information to the customer profile. The validity of the serving license and the company&#8217;s credit information are verified before the order is processed further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process company and personal information provided for ordering purposes responsibly and in accordance with legal requirements. The information is only used by Norex Selected Brands Oy and the parties carrying out the delivery; it is not disclosed to external parties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ORDERS AND DELIVERIES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NORMAL ORDER SCHEDULE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders received through the online store on a weekday morning <strong>by 9:00 AM<\/strong> can usually be delivered as early as the next business day. However, this depends on the customer&#8217;s location and Posti&#8217;s delivery schedule to their area. For some areas, Posti delivers the order on the second business day from the order. There are also areas where delivery occurs less frequently and the delivery time is longer.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EXPRESS ORDER PROCESSING<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With an express order surcharge (\u20ac25 \/ VAT 0%), an order to Norex can arrive later than the normal schedule, <strong>by 10:30 AM at the latest<\/strong>. Express orders must always be arranged separately by phone at 040 1957 042. Delivery will then follow the normal delivery schedule.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DELIVERY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal delivery schedule regardless of order size according to Posti&#8217;s delivery schedule <strong>Mon-Fri between 8 AM and 4 PM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Order size 1-5 cases<\/strong>: delivered as individual packages with Posti&#8217;s regular delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Order size 6 cases or more<\/strong>: the shipment is packed on a pallet and delivered separately from other regular Posti deliveries. We recommend this option; in our experience, glass bottles break less frequently in transit when delivered on a pallet. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DELIVERY FEE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delivery fee will be discontinued from 1 March 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REQUEST FOR A MORE SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME: INDICATE IN THE ORDER&#8217;S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FIELD<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IN THE CAPITAL REGION<\/strong> (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen), for deliveries of at least 6 cases, it is possible to receive a more precisely defined delivery time via Posti&#8217;s separate beverage logistics, e.g. &#8220;between 10 AM and 12 PM&#8221;. This is Posti&#8217;s own service, currently free of charge for the customer, available only in the capital region. Elsewhere, Posti will endeavour to accommodate the requested delivery time.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NEW CUSTOMER AND FIRST ORDER<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new customer setup process takes 1-3 days. The first order can be processed immediately after the setup procedures and license verification, following the normal delivery schedule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRICES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online service displays the current prices for products according to Norex Selected Brands Oy&#8217;s restaurant direct sales price list, including VAT. Product cards also show the VAT 0% price, depending on selection. Any customer-specific special prices based on agreements are taken into account when processing the order.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to change prices and delivery-related costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PAYMENT METHOD AND TERMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invoice, 14 days net. Late payment interest 11%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RETURN POLICY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products do not have a right of return unless, for a special reason, a written agreement has been made exceptionally before the purchase with your own sales representative. Even then, returned products are inspected; they must be fully saleable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, INCORRECT DELIVERY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notification of an incorrect delivery must be made immediately upon receipt of the order. Notification of a defective product must also be made without delay.
