Astra Wines Oy’s domestic business operations will transfer to Norex Selected Brands Oy on 1 July 2026. The arrangement strengthens Norex’s position in the Finnish alcoholic beverage market and complements the company’s portfolio with several high-quality wine brands. At the same time, it provides Astra Wines’ producers, brands and customers with a strong, skilled and long-term commercial platform in the Finnish market. <\/p>\n\n

Personnel related to Astra Wines Oy’s domestic business operations will transfer to the employment of Norex Selected Brands Oy in accordance with the principles of business transfer as existing employees. Astra Wines Oy will continue its current travel retail business under the leadership of Johanna Lohivesi. <\/p>\n\n

Norex Selected Brands Oy is a Finnish family business founded in 1981, operating extensively in the Finnish alcoholic beverage market across retail, restaurant and wholesale channels as well as travel retail.
