Description

The wine is made from fully matured Pinot Noir grapes, the best of which are hand-picked for the wine. The grapes receive a short maceration of about ten hours to achieve a beautiful rosé colour. After that comes a light pressing, fermentation in refrigerated steel tanks and maturation in steel tanks before bottling. The perfect summer wine.
