For those craving a sparkling wine cocktail, the ever-delicious Kirren Royal is quickly created, modeled after the champagne cocktail Kir Royal. You’ll conjure up Kirren Royal from Wolfberger Crémant d’Alsace Brut and blackcurrant liqueur. Frozen cranberries add even more freshness.
- Wolfberger Crémant d’Alsace Brut or Wolfberger Crémant d’Alsace (W) Organic
- 2 cl blackcurrant liqueur
- frozen cranberries
Build the drink directly in the glass without ice and stir gently with a bar spoon. Garnish with frozen cranberries.
