Description
Deep within the human soul there is a constant battle between good and evil. Our sixth sense, séptimo sentido, guides us in our choices between virtue and vice. This wine is pure Verdejo, which has grown to high quality in a continental climate in extreme temperatures, in dry soil with a huge amount of light. The grapes were harvested at the end of September, they were aromatised in the cold to add colour and primary fruit aromas and gently squeezed. Juice turned into wine with natural yeasts in a cool tank and matured on fine lees for 4 months.
