Weingut Peter Schweiger is an Austrian wine producer located in Zöbing, at the southern end of the Kamptal wine valley, known for their crown jewel, the Zöbinger Heiligenstein vineyard. The estate comprises a total of 18 hectares of vineyards. Peter Schweiger and his son, Peter Junior, pay particular attention to sustainable practices and respect for the soil and nature. Work in the vineyard, careful vinification, and adequate cellar aging are the cornerstones of their winemaking process. The compass on the label signifies their commitment to their wine region, with the clock pointing to the IV position, representing Peter Schweiger's intention to give the wine time to develop. This means that wines from a particular year are not released for sale until April of the following year.
