Lejay Lagoute has been producing its renowned blackcurrant liqueur, Crème de Cassis de Dijon, since 1841 and is the world’s leading producer of cassis. Made exclusively from macerated blackcurrants and Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine, with no added water, artificial carbonation, or colourings.
