Ferrand Pineau des Charentes Blanc is a distinctive and traditional French fortified wine from the Cognac region. It is made by blending fresh grape must with Cognac eau-de-vie, after which the wine is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months. Production is permitted exclusively within the Charentes region.
