Description

Wine-based amaro, with a recipe originated centuries ago, when Giovanni Bosca infused Moscato wine with cardoons (a relative of the artichoke family) and then matured it in oak casks. Fascinating nutty, Sherry and spicy notes, resembling a vermouth, but with gentler herbal bitterness
