Description
Liviko’s history goes back more than 100 years, and distillation is in their blood. For Crafter’s London Dry Gin, Master Distiller Hanna Kaur tried 22 different recipes, and this 23rd was the climax of the experiments. Crafter’s Gin is distilled in batches by pan distilling Liviko in two copper pans (named Mahta and Elfride). The main spices used, in addition to juniper berry, are Veronica (speedwell) and fennel.
