Ching Shih Dark Spiced is named after a famous Chinese pirate captain of the late 19th century. Ching Shih was an exceptional woman, not only by profession, but also because of her courage. She was invincible in battle, and unlike pirate captains in general,her career ended in retirement, instead of the gallows.
