The Planteray Rum Single Cask editions push boundaries with their unique barrel maturations. Each rum undergoes Planteray’s signature double aging: first in ex-bourbon casks in the tropics, then in cognac casks in France. This particular Paraguay 2018 Single Cask spent its final year maturing in Chardonnay casks.
