Description

Aroa Jauna comes from the northern edge of Navarre, bordered by the Urbasa and Andia mountain ranges. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Grenache grapes grew as organic in calcareous clay soil. The style of the boutique space includes carefully selected gardens in the highest and coolest areas of the area, hand harvesting and extremely careful wine making. The crushed grapes were macerated and used for 18 days in refrigerated tanks. The wine matured in French and American oak for a year. In addition, it was matured for at least a year in a bottle.
