Description

This exceptional wine was harvested in the second half of September as an estate wine, sourced from three century-old plots and a fourth (Los Cabos) planted in 1957. These mixed vineyards are located in the heart of Alto Najerilla at an altitude of 600 meters, where red Garnacha Tinta and white Viura grew together, along with Tempranillo, Malvasía, Graciano, Mazuelo, and a few unidentified varieties. The grapes underwent a four-day maceration in concrete tanks, where fermentation began before continuing in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for 12 months—half in a 5000-liter oak vessel and half in a concrete tank. Suitable for vegans.
