Description

Lunaria Ruminat Primitivo is an organic biodynamic wine. Its Primitivo grapes, supported by an Abruzzi pergola, grew 450 meters above sea level. The rachis were removed from carefully selected bunches, and after pressing, the peel of the grapes remained in the fermented juice for 20 days. Fermentation with natural yeasts took place in refrigerated steel tanks. For serving, it is advisable to cool the wine lightly to 16-18 °C. Suits vegans.
