Description

The Coste di Moro Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes grew partially in high pergolas, partly in Guyot-bound vines at an altitude of 300 to 450 metres above sea level. After careful selection, the bunch rachis were removed and the grapes were pressed. Fermented with crusts on natural yeasts at a temperature of 25 to 28 °C for 10 to 15 days. The wine was matured partly in casks and partly in steel tanks, after this, further aging in bottles. This Demeter certified biodynamic wine suits vegans.
