Norex Responsibility Meter: Parés Baltà
The responsibility meter is an indicative description of the producer's level of responsibility and is based on Norex's own responsibility survey. Read more on our information pages.
Description
The wine is dedicated to Irene, the daughter of the Cusiné family. The majority of grapes are Merlot (67%) from the Cal Miret plot that add succulent jam notes and the rest are Cabernet Franc that bring structure. Aromatising the grapes in the cold for five days produced a rich colour and aroma. The grape varieties were fermented for a long time in separately chilled tanks and first matured in new French Allier Oak, then in the bottle. Biodynamic organic wine is the choice of demanding gourmets, also for vegans.
