Clásico Cabernet Sauvignon is a robust wine, particularly suited for lamb and duck. Its refined acidic structure makes it an excellent cheese wine, capable of complementing aged cheeses as well.

Description
The wine is complemented by 15% Syrah from the same Valle Central. Granite and other stones on the surface of the vineyard allow water to penetrate deeper layers, from which the vine roots draw water and nutrients. Temperature variations during grape ripening ensured the wine’s acidity, and a long harvesting period ensured phenolic ripeness, giving the wine soft tannins. Fermentation took place in cooled stainless steel tanks, and one-third of the wine continued to mature in French and American oak barrels for 4 months. Six months of bottle aging completed this elegant wine.
