Description

Wolfberger La Louve Pinot Noir is made of Pinot Noir in the traditional Burgundian way. The grapes are collected by hand, carefully selected already in the vineyard. In alcoholic fermentation, the grape pulp is mixed by hand, in order to obtain all the possible extract and colour of the wine from the grapes. The wine is matured for eight to ten months in oak casks in Bourgogne, of which one-third are new, one-third of second year and one-third of third year casks.
