Description

The wines of the Origen range are young, fresh, and fruity organic wines. They are perfect for everyday enjoyment at home, with friends, and alongside tapas. The hand-harvested grapes are gently crushed and undergo a short skin contact to achieve their characteristic pale pink colour. After this initial process, the grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks for an average of 25 days. Stopping the fermentation towards the end leaves a touch of residual sugar in the wine. Minimal intervention is applied in the cellar. The wine is suitable for vegans.

Tuottajan vastuullisuuden painopisteet

1. Maatalous: biodynaaminen viljely, monimuotoisuuden lisääminen sekä uusia viinitarhoja sijoitetaan korkeammalle, jossa viileämpi mikroilmasto tasapainoittaa lämpötilan nousua.
