Description
Séptimo Sentido is a wine series for those who want to enjoy every glass as if it were their last. Pure hedonistic pleasure, sinfully delicious. And if you’re going to sin, do it carefully, as repentance is the same. This wine is 100% Garnacha, with the grapes grown at high altitude, benefiting from both Mediterranean and continental climate influences during the growing season. Temperature varies from one extreme to another, rainfall is minimal, and there is plenty of sunlight. Grapes were harvested in early October, and the grape juice fermented into wine in cooled stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of 15 – 16°C.
