Description
Parés Balta Cava Pink is made using the traditional method of bottle fermentation,typical for cava. The wine has been allowed to develop on the lees in the bottle for 18 months. Cava Pink is an organic cava modernised with Garnatxa,that also suits vegans. Traditional cava gets a new gear,where you can smell summer strawberries and raspberries. Long storage in a cellar will add an even more pleasant aroma to the scent. The result is an enjoyable glass.

Additionally, using more local, drought-resistant grape varieties, reducing irrigation to save groundwater, and utilizing forests as carbon sinks.
