Description
Rotari Gran Rosé Brut is made from hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Pinot Noir grapes come from slopes with different microclimate and soil, which gives their wines structure and rich aromaticity. The Chardonnay of the Adige Valley gets a fine acidity and elegant aroma on the high slopes. The alcoholic fermentation of the wine is done in steel tanks to preserve the fruitiness and Chardonnay undergoes malolactic fermentation. Gran Rosé is made with traditional bottle fermentation and matures with its yeast deposits over a period of at least 36 months.
