Description
Prosecco Brut is made from 100% Glera grapes. For a long time, the variety was also called Prosecco, depending on the type of wine. Soligo Prosecco is produced with the tank fermentation method. When fermented, the temperature of the wine is kept low and fermentation is slow, in order to maintain the maximum fruitfulness of the wine. Soligo Prosecco Extra Dry is an elegant and slightly lighter choice for a welcome toast. Prosecco also goes well with sparkling wine cocktails to bring freshness and crispness.
