Description

Tosti Asti Secco is the end result of the new innovative wine production of Piedmonte. According to the current palette, the taste is built to be drier compared to classic Asti. Canelli Moscato has been carefully selected for this wine, from the best slopes of Asti, Cuneo and Alessandria, where the soil consists of limestone and clay. Harvesting takes place from the end of August until mid-September. The sparkling wine is made by the traditional method of tank fermentation.
