Description
Barton and Guestier’s long and extensive experience stands as a guarantee for this wine. The Réserve label on the bottle promises that you will get a little bit better wine than with Pays d’Oc IGP alone. The origin of the grapes in the Languedoc-Roussillon region makes the wine moderately priced compared to, say, similar wines in Burgundy. Limoux grapes makes for a well-balanced and fresh blend while Gard grapes add elegance and creaminess. The grapes were harvested in the morning and evening. Short skin contact before fermentation gave the wine diversity. A delight for the consumer and wine lover. Suits vegans.
