Description

This wine reflects the influence of soil composed of fossilized shell deposits. Brocard sources Chardonnay grapes from several organically cultivated areas in the Chablis and Auxerre regions. Prioritizing finesse and elegance, the selection favors young vines and slopes facing north and northeast. Grapes are harvested using modern, gentle harvesters and immediately pressed in the cellar. The juice undergoes natural yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks without stirring. This organic wine is suitable for vegans.
