Tämä on runsas ja hedelmäinen Riesling, joka on valmistettu luomuviljelymenetelmin. Viinitarhassa pyritään mahdollisimman vähäiseen ihmisen puuttumiseen, jotta viini ilmentäisi alkuperäänsä mahdollisimman puhtaasti pullossa. Joskus on parasta vain antaa sen olla.
