Description

The production area of Burgundy Blanc is the whole of Burgundy. Louis Jadot’s Couvent des Jacobins blend brings the freshness of Mâconnais and the structure of Côte d’Or as well as the Chalonnais. Some of the wine is produced and fully matured in steel tanks in order to maintain good fruitiness, while others are produced and matured from scratch in the traditional way in oak casks, to give the wine structure and strength. Maturation takes about eight months.
