Description
This wine should not be mistaken for cheese but noticed, that the name of the Pecorino grape comes from sheep, who, while moving around the area, ate grapes. Fashionable Pecorino gives mineral and herbal wines. Pecorino accounts for 85% of the wine and the rest are Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes. Demeter-certified biodynamic wine has a designation of origin Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGP and low yields of vines. The grapes were gently pressed with a pneumatic press, the juice was allowed to walk on natural yeasts in a steel tank at a low temperature for 30 days. This organic wine suits vegans.
