Description
Grillo is becoming more and more popular,as a richly flavoured grape variety from Sicily. It is a relatively young variety and DNA research has shown,that it is a natural cross between Catarratto Bianco and Muscat of Alexandria. Sicilian sunshine gives Grillo a rich fruitiness and the temperature variation adds fine acidity. Grillo is also used for the production of Marsala. Palazzo Mio Grillo is an organic wine.
