Description

For too long, Riesling has been mocked, underestimated, and overlooked. No more! This Riesling’s zesty sharpness is as precise as a Samurai’s sword, yet it is balanced by the peachy softness of a Zen master. This is the triumphant return of Riesling. The grapes, grown on young vines rooted in clay-schist soils, were fermented in cooled stainless steel tanks. After gentle filtration, the wine was bottled. Low in alcohol but bursting with flavor — an irresistible wine.
