The responsibility meter is an indicative description of the producer's level of responsibility and is based on Norex's own responsibility survey. Read more on our information pages.

Description

The producer aims to showcase the potential and allure of their hometown, Dittelsheim, which, while not yet a star in the wine world, deserves to become one. The vines deeply rooted in stony soil impart a saline minerality, elegance, and delicately nuanced fruitiness to the grapes. The grapes are carefully hand-selected, resulting in a premium wine labeled 1G, signifying Erstes Gewächs, or First Growth, akin to the French term Premier Cru. This designation sets high standards for the wine both in the vineyard and the cellar. The wine is suitable for vegans.
