Dry, freshly acidic, notes of citrus, yellow plum, grapefruit and mineral notes. The wine has a good texture, a rich taste and the slight amount of residual sugar is not felt due to the acids, but gives the wine a boost

Description

Riesling Bion grapes come from certified organic vineyards all over Alsace, which means the cellar master has gotten enough palette to create a fine balance. Fermented in refrigerated steel tanks, which preserves the mellow and fruity floral notes. A versatile wine.
