We are looking for an Office Assistant

We are looking for a service-minded and energetic office assistant to join our team in a permanent position. At Norex, you will become part of a skilled, committed, and humorous team where everyone can truly be themselves!

Your workday

As an office assistant, you will perform a variety of customer service and office tasks combined with supporting sales and marketing activities. Your workdays will begin by reviewing incoming orders, and your day will also include collecting and sending sales samples to customers. You will be responsible for managing the sample inventory, ensuring that the necessary products are always available in stock. Your day will also include updating websites, processing event registrations, creating newsletters, invoicing, and handling receipts. If you wish, you can also participate in various events and trade fairs.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in working life and independent customer service or office tasks
• You have knowledge and/or interest in various wines and spirits
• Good command of Finnish, knowledge of English is an advantage
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude as well as teamwork skills to work as part of a team
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Accuracy and diligence
