Tuottaja kertoo etiketin 2.0 merkinnällä, että tämän viinin kohdalla on noustu ylemmälle tasolle eikä mikään kompromissi tule kysymykseen tätä ainutlaatuista viiniä valmistettaessa. Vain parhaat, käsin korjatut rypäleet kelpuutettiin viiniin. Hyvästä vuosikerrasta ja kypsistä rypäleistä kertoo viinin poikkeuksellisen korkea alkoholipitoisuus 15,5 %, mutta hapokkuus on kuitenkin vaikuttavan tyylikäs. Mäskäyksen ja kuorikäymisen jälkeen viini kypsyi 18 kuukautta 500 litran uusissa tammitynnyreissä. Unikat eli ainutkertainen. Tasokas viini on palkittu moneen kertaan. Viini soveltuu vegaaneille.
