Description

Castelmare Ripasso comes from the Veneto region in northeastern Italy. In the Ripasso method, the Valpolicella red wine revisits the skin pulp of Amarone wine, when the wine develops a lot of flavour and softness. The wine is made from grapes typical of the region, Corvina and Rondinella.
