Description

The grapes grew in ancient sludge vineyards, where the soil consists of sand, a mix of sand and clay and silt. The grapes were brought in to be pressed under shielding gas, the stocks are removed and the blending is already done as grapes. Fermented in refrigerated tanks for eight to ten days days and matured in tanks for eight months.
