Description

Fidora Prosecco is made from Glera biodynamic grapes, and the wine is Demeter certified at product level. This vineyard has been on the Civranetta vineyard in the Veneto region since the 15th century, and it switched to organic production in 1974. ”Caranto” strips embroider the ground, shaped by the Ice Age, lime-spotted clay-slur deposits. The Mediterranean climate and winds give the wine a delightful and refined aroma, which makes it very Italian. The second fermentation giving the effervescence is done by tank fermentation slowly over a period of more than 8 weeks, which ensures durable, small bubbles. Wine suitable for vegan
