Description

A honeyed and floral wine from Southern Italy; Fiano is often known as “the wine of the bees. The grapes are harvested from the hills of Avellino around the second week of October. Upon arrival at the winery, they are cooled to 10°C to preserve freshness. Fermentation takes place over 15 days in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation is carried out, which enhances the wine’s crispness.
