Description

Chenin Blanc is a chameleon, showcasing its terroir, winemaker’s touch, and cellar techniques in the glass. According to the Darragon estate, Chenin Blanc expresses itself here better than anywhere else. The temperate climate ensures gentle ripening, while sweetness and acidity provide Vouvray with perfect balance and freshness, offering decades of aging potential. David Charbonnier has chosen barrel aging to give structure to this wine. The slight sweetness is gracefully balanced by acidity, offering potential for pairing with savory and spicy dishes.
