Water: We are reducing water use and irrigation in our viticulture by 40% (100% technical irrigation, dry farming). Using analytics in decision-making to increase efficiency. Circular Economy: Increasing the share of recovery and recycling in our production processes. 100% of pomace and grape stems are reused. Recycling index for 2023: 82%. Biodiversity: Helping to increase protected areas in Chile. Implementing a regenerative agriculture plan, supporting the Tierra Austral Foundation’s Boldo Cantillana project, which protects 1,000 species in Chile’s Mediterranean climate.
