Description

Domaine Jux in Colmar has been producing Alsace wines for generations. In the vineyards of Colmar, the vines grow in the heart of the Harth area on a gravelly and sandy terroir located near the Fecht stream. A three-hour pressing, juice clarification by flotation, and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 15–16 °C preserve the wine’s fruitiness and aromatic profile. The wine is then aged on fine lees to add roundness while maintaining the characteristic tension of Riesling. This process highlights the full freshness of this iconic grape variety, resulting in a lively and nuanced wine.
